As part of the training program of the Cava appellation in the United States, on October 5th there will be a Masterclass exclusively for students and alumni of the San Francisco Wine School.
The seminar, entirely about Cava, will detail in depth the long history and tradition that precedes this great sparkling wine, its geography, grapes and the strict regulations that make Cava shine internationally for its high quality.
All this will be accompanied by a guided tasting to show the great variety and styles of Cava ideal for any occasion.
The San Francisco Wine School strives to open the world of wine to students from around the world, with students at all levels, from sommeliers and other wine professionals to curious wine enthusiasts. Founded by Master Sommelier David Glancy, and based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
