From September 20th to October 5th, the acclaimed Cava Discovery Week returns to Japan for the third consecutive year. For 16 days, a total of 20 high-level restaurants in 4 prestigious neighborhoods of Tokyo (Marunouchi, Roppongi-Azabu, Ebisu Daikanyama and Aoyama Omotesando area) will offer gastronomic proposals paired exclusively with Cava.
A selection of prestigious restaurants, among which, a selection of Michelin-starred restaurants will elaborate gastronomic proposals with Cava, promoting the great variety of Cavas, their high quality and versatility to pair an infinite number of flavors.
During this Cava week, we will take the Cava region to Japan. More than 20 participating restaurants will open their doors for the celebration of menus with Cava to the Japanese public.
