50 ml vodka
15 ml gin
A pinch of salt or saline solution and elderflower cordial.
Cava de Guarda Superior Reserva
To garnish: Lemon zest
Instructions

Mix the vodka with a little gin, a touch of salt and elderflower cordial.

Add a dash of salt solution to bring out the flavours.

We complete the cocktail with Cava de Guarda Superior Reserva.

We finish with a citric touch in the glass with a lemon peel as decoration.
